Our mixologists create a wide range of delicious fresh fruit Mojitos, up to 24 different varieties in fact! We even use fresh produce from local farmers where possible (It’s not easy growing limes in Essex!)
Interactivity is key to our success, we either make mojitos for guests or guide whilst they create their own. Creating the ultimate addition to functions.
All our Mojitos are mixed under the roof of our unique Bamboo Shack bar. Having been designed purely to create Mojitos, it allows our bartenders to mix at speed, but still delivering 5 star qualities. The shack also provides the “photo booth†feel. We invite guests behind the bar to practice their mixing, whilst friends and family take snaps of them behind our unique shack bar
