The Woolpack

The Woolpack is a traditional country pub, situated in heart of picturesque Elstead, overlooking the village green. Our beautiful pub dates back to the 17th century, and still has remnants of the wool industry inside. The pub was taken over at the end of 2011 by Gina & Gabi Dima, and has since undergone a major refurbishment. It still retains its historic charm however, with its low ceilings, heavy beams, and particular favourite of real ale drinkers – it’s gravity fed cask ales.

Gina & Gabi are of Italian origin, and this really shows in their hospitality. Gabi is front of house and the minute you walk through the door you are made to feel like one of the family. Come again, and he is guaranteed to remember your name. Wife Gina leads the team of chefs with a combination of traditional British wholesome pub food, complimented with an Italian chalk board of daily specials.

The Woolpack is a family friendly pub, with seating to the front and a garden to the rear. Dogs are welcome in the bar area where both a bar and full restaurant menu are serviced.
