My agent was great. I got a lower payment and I received my approval in the mail and I haven’t been this happy about repaying my student loans ever. I never missed my payments but man it’s hard nowadays to pay off those higher fees. I remember when I started my payment process I had just got a job and almost all my income remaining in a month went to my loans. I didn’t have anything left to live. I drove the same old car and pay my rent and that’s it. But I made it work.
I’m happy to sign on with Student Services because they changed all that for me. When my lender didn’t offer me a thing. It wasn’t until later I discovered new payment option shortly before I talked to my agent about it. The process was smooth and I got setup right away.

Student Services was pretty good, yes I had some debt troubles and they helped me out a lot. I signed up late November 2015.
My experience, was very good. It started with a search for relief and loan forgiveness. I never made much money from the jobs I have had before and therefore paying my student loans was too difficult. My lender put really monthly payments and I was running out of grace period time. I Found Student Services and I saw that they have been in business for quite a while and so I gave them a shot. I was really happy how they handle my student loans. The result are significant because I spoke with my servicers about them and they said that everything is in order. My servicer was telling me that they can extend my payment plans but that was kind of silly because I would still be paying more than twice as much. I’d also like to add that Student services organizes and works with my servicer so I don’t have too. I really don’t like dealing with my lender. They just want me to make really high payments.
I’m still with them and they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful about federal student loans and they don’t hide any extra benefits. Student services changed that for me thanks a bunch!
