Introduction
Lorenzo Nargi, Simangia's owner, has created a unique dining experience. Whether you choose to eat inside the atmospheric restaurant or outside al fresco in the private walled terrace.
Lorenzo is the son of Lorenzo Nargi Senior, a hard-working Italian immigrant who came to England via Paris in the 1960's from Castelvetere Sul Calore (in Avellino near Naples). Lorenzo (Senior) eventually settled in London and opened his own restaurant in 1985.
Lorenzo (Junior's) love of food stems from working with his father. From the age of six he would make pizza boxes for home deliveries and has inherited his father's passion for cooking and creating innovative dishes.
