Phone Systems: This includes true premise-based phone systems (you own the hardware) and hosted solutions (pay for voice phone service monthly). Although Ravenhurst has the ability to make recommendations across a wide range of platforms and solution sets, our sweet spot is Avaya (otherwise known as AT&T / Lucent Technologies / Avaya). The Avaya Systems are the offspring of the original Bell Labs, the folks who invented the phone system.
Carrier Service: How you connect to the outside world, sometimes called “Dial Tone.†And as today’s communication is now greater than 50% digital (think email / text) this connection to the Public Switched Network (phone company) includes your data bandwidth also.
Ravenhurst leverages what is referred to as a Master Agent environment, allowing us to quote multiple carriers; thus, painting a picture of the carrier landscape. But better yet, we can then assist in MANAGING your carrier services with you. And this doesn’t cost you anything - the carriers pay us to take care of you.
Inside Connectivity: Wiring and cable jobs. But this also includes wireless technologies as more & more folks choose NOT to be tethered by a cord.
