Tenancy Information

If you choose to let your property through Prime Lettings, the first thing we will do is visit the address with you to perform a free rental valuation, inventory, and to take interior and exterior photos for advertising purposes. Then, we will actively market your property to help source a suitable tenant.
Once the prospective tenant is confirmed, we will being the process of gaining landlord and employer references, checking their financial history, setting up the tenancy agreement and finally, arranging a move in date that is agreeable for both the landlord and the tenant.
On the start date of the tenancy, the agreement shall be signed and all monies due paid to Prime Lettings. If there is a bond on the property, it will be sent directly to the Deposit Protection Scheme. The first month's rent will be paid by bank transfer to the landlord once all necessary management fees and other expenses have been deducted.
From this point forward, we will make payments on time to the landlord along with a statement if desired. In addition to this, property inspections will be carried out on a regular basis to ensure the security and well being of your property.
