Our practice is considered a concierge medicine practice and does require an active subscription. The subscription brings you monthly access to your doctor at any time to help you with all things related to ADHD. Think of Dr. Dismond as your "ADHD Life Coach". Some of our clients have health insurance and are eligible for reimbursement for receiving our care. If you are insured, you'll prepay and we will give you the documentation needed for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Please be sure to check with your insurance provider about out of network coverage. We cannot guarantee any reimbursement and often reimbursement for our service is not possible.
