Introduction
Mex Restaurant, Bar and Seasonal Patio opened in February of 2000, with one goal; to provide our guests with great Mexican fare in a casual yet contemporary environment. We take great pride in serving modern Mexican, as well as traditional favorites. Our restaurant is accompanied by a full service bar with a wide variety of tequila and specialty margaritas. As you enter this unique and Historic site, you will find The Bar at Mex on the first floor, serving drinks and a limited menu, and the Dining Room upstairs on the second floor serving our full menu. During the summer months, enjoy one of our margaritas and an appetizer on the patio overlooking Alexander Street in the exciting Upper East End, Rochester's premiere nightlife district.
