We process their application upon their submission of the completed application forms signifying their confirmation to the terms and conditions of the contract. For new clients/insured members, we prepare and issue their policy insurance certificate along with their membership card/s, applicable table of benefits and policy handbook. We also provide personalized customer service to our existing clients/insured members in relation to their policy and claims inquiries.
