Madison Properties was founded in NYC in 2001, from the small home office of founder and CEO Nathan Zieg, as a consulting firm for commercial property management companies. With defined strategies and goals, Mr. Zieg helped aquire a few shopping centers and was invaluable in bringing them to their fullest potential.After a number of years gaining experience with commercial properties consulting, Mr. Zieg was ready to take on management by himself. At the request of key investors, Madison Properties started managing Columbia Marketplace - its first strip shopping center,with134,000 square feet of leasable space.With just one property to manage, Mr. Zieg devoted himself to the property with a unique personalization, rarely found in commercial property management. This set the tone of Madison Properties as it grew; each property is managed with detailed individual attention. Now a growing company, Madison welcomed its first new team member.By now Madison Properties had won the trust of investors andowners alike, with its vision of personalized solutions. Madison was entrusted with West Side Mall in PA, its first Mega Mall with over 420,000 leasable square feet.
