Introduction
Lightcast started in 2003 as a service provider of a telecom broadcast product for religious entities. In 2008 Lightcast acquired RMSS Inc. assets a company started in 2000 with public safety customers, primarily State DPS, County Sheriffs and City Police. RMSS provided in-car cameras, infrastructure and back-end video servers.
We are a group of technologists with backgrounds in installing city wide fiber optic telecommunication networks in the 90s, public safety incar camera electronics and pipeline video robots for agencies since 2000 and today with abilities to manufacture, custom design and distribute enhance small portable to large over highway LED signs and road safety beacons with optional radar, video DVR and LPR cameras all sold worldwide.
