Jake The Plumber

Came a little late, but called in advance and revised his ETA. About 40 minutes late... offered a $70.00 discount to make up for it. We live in Woodbury, MN and they came refered by a neighbor when our water heater went out. The plumber (Jimmy) was very nice and communicated well. He wore little "Booty's" to cover, which I thought was cool. They explained the issue, offered 3 options and replaced our water heater in about 3 hours. Cleaned up after... We would call again. Thanks
