Introduction
Josab East Africa Ltd is a subsidiary of Josab Internal.
The company manufactures and supplies complete chemical free water purification Systems as well as the filter media known as Aqualite™. Our product line covers a number of application areas, ranging from stainless steel portable water purification systems, with an output capacity ranging from 0.5m³/h to 250m³/h. The systems are containerized plug and play systems, capable of producing pure drinking water from polluted freshwater sources.
The company also supplies Aqualite™ Filter media, which is a Zeolite mined in the company’s mines in Hungary.
Research has shown that Aqualiteâ„¢ has superior filtration capabilities when compared to Sand and Carbon filter.
Aqualiteâ„¢ is capable of filtering down particles greater than 1-2microns in swimming pools hence improves the water quality as well as reduces the total running and maintenance costs of the pool by 50%.
As from 1st June, 2010 the company opened its subsidiary in Nairobi, Kenya due to the increase in demand for the Josab portable water purification systems and swimming pool filters media; Aqualiteâ„¢.
We are an official registered supplier to the UN network of organizations, UNGM No. 10 21 56. The International Federation of The Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) recommends our system for purification of drinking water.
Since autumn 2006, we have a subsidiary in Hungary – JOSAB Hungary KFT, through which we own the Ratka Mine - the only place, known to us, where the Aqualite™ filter media can be found. By the ownership we secure not only delivery of the unique mineral, but also the production quality.
In connection with the mine acquisition, Josab International has maintained a continuous supply of Aqualiteâ„¢ filter media for usage in the manufacturing of the water purification systems, and as a filter media in swimming pools.
We therefore would like to create a long term business relationship with you, as we grow our products awareness in the Kenyan swimming pool industry.
