We just call it having extremely high standards. After many long months of testing various recipes (and eating a ton of food) we hit on what we feel is the perfect flavour. Our Sauce and marinade are fully loaded with natural ingredients. Our marinade contains many handpicked herbs and spices. Every spice has been handpicked for it’s highest quality and how it affects the flavour profile of the dish.
