FitzgeraldHR is a Human Resources Consultancy based in North Devon, providing HR services to companies throughout the UK.

We offer Human Resources services to organisations that need either a full HR provision on an ongoing basis, or those that need occasional and/or additional HR support.

We aim to remove the complications and difficulties involved in managing people from you and we look for every possible way to do that in all of our dealings with each individual customer.

At the very heart of what we do is the understanding that the advice provided by employment advice lines can often leave employers left to manage with limited experience and time. We believe that what employers often need is someone to actually do the HR work for them. Which is why we don’t just give you advice and guidance by phone or email – we actually do it for you, from your office or ours whenever you need us.

We currently handle the HR for hundreds of employees on behalf of our clients. But we’re much more than just “outsourced HR”. Once we start working with you, we consider ourselves to be your HR department and we think proactively on your behalf as well as in response to the day-to-day issues that might arise.
