Introduction
If you are a provider of CFSS consultation services, you need to comply with federal requirements for service delivery. Your consultation services provider must approve the service delivery plan. This plan must be reviewed annually, and whenever a participant needs to change their circumstances. For example, if the participant is on a waiver, the consultation services provider must approve the program before it begins.
