At our laboratory, the mouthguards are fabricated directly over the dental model of the athlete’s teeth for superior fit and extreme comfort.
Our exclusive Anatomical Design Technology allows us to build Defender Mouthguards with multiple layers of protection where they are needed most; on impact areas and chewing surfaces of the teeth. Inner sides of the teeth and the palatal surface of the mouth are anatomically designed using a specialized layer for uninhibited speech and unrestricted breathing.
Defender has developed a specialized self impression kit for athletes undergoing orthodontic treatment. The Defender OrthoMotion mouthguard is built with our unique OrthoMotion channel so that it can fit over braces without impinging on wires or brackets while allowing for tooth movement during transition.
