Jason Box
Founding Director
Jason brings 21 years€™ experience working in Downstream Oil, Utilities and Metals, of which 12yrs have been with top tier consultancy firms. Jason has worked in both Industry and Consulting in senior positions as both a trusted adviser to senior executives and board members on all aspects of complex business and cost transformation change. Jason brings a unique offering in that he has led and delivered change from both sides of the fence, in Industry and consultancy, his varied roles have included £1bn+ global SAP change initiatives to business turnaround and cost transformation programmes.
Jason is a qualified ACCA accountant with a blended set of commercial, consulting and transformational skills. Before founding Cost Transformation Limited, Jason was a member of EDF Energy senior leadership team and in December 2012 successfully delivered the company wide €˜Supporting Excellence€™ change programme securing its strategic ambition of £70m year on year of operating cost savings on behalf of the executive team.
Previously, as Programme Director, Jason provided strategic direction during a performance diagnostic across a £5bn network business unit. Jason architected a 5yr £350m business case with 100+ initiatives and secured first year savings to plan with the implementation of 45 change projects. During year 2 Jason multi-tasked with the programme team to undergo due diligence as well as present the programme successes to multiple investor groups when the business unit was put up for sale.
