Introduction
Over the past 25+ years, our business has evolved. We started in the services business; writing policy and procedure manuals for clients and got really good at it. Our management team has a combined 50 plus years experience and is recognized nationally for our expertise in procedure usability, training, and operations management. We are continually refining our knowledge through ongoing research and field work. One of our team members teaches technical communication and procedure development at the university level.
As ISO 9000 gained momentum in the early 90s, we witnessed firsthand the difficulty Quality Managers were having in documenting the procedures required for registration.
The product soon gained popularity beyond manufacturing. In 2000, we added customization features so that clients could tailor it for ANY kind of business and use it for other kinds of structured content applications, not just procedures. We changed the name to Zavanta®. We have recently released our SaaS (Cloud) Zavanta.
