Longevity Wellness is a therapeutic massage practice conveniently located for the Greater Charleston Area off of Highway 17 in central Mt. Pleasant. We focus on Deep Tissue, Sports, Swedish, Neuromuscular, Pre/Post Natal, and Problem Focused Massage to obtain goals and to free you from chronic and acute pain. Through massage therapy at Longevity Wellness you will feel better, perform at a higher level, and understand your body better than ever before.
In our on-site fitness studio we are able to analyze your body’s movement patterns using overhead squat assessments and flexibility/ fitness testing to address specific imbalances within your body and treat those issues in your massage therapy session. Your massage appointment will not only include a customized massage to your specific needs but also discussion and guidance to help you improve in your day to day tasks and your athletic interests.
