Introduction
At Careforce, you have a Home Care Clinical Team. Each client assessment and care plan is done by a Registered Nurse or Masters Level Social Worker. Caregiver performance is evaluated directly by our Nurse or MSW supervisors. Consultation with an on-call Registered Nurse is available to our caregivers whenever needed, 24-hours each day. Fewer than 25% of non-medical Home Care agencies in Washington benefit from having a licensed nurse (RN or LPN) on their staff.
