The team of 4 arrived on time and worked all day. They brought all of their own supplies and equipment. I asked the manager for a full wipe-down of all of the boxes and surfaces in the basement. As well, I needed the floor cleaned well and the exposed ducts wiped down. They did this and more - things I hadn't thought to ask for, but certainly appreciated being done.

I contacted the manager after looking into the reviews in this website. He was excellent with returning phone calls and setting up the cleaning service in a very short time. We wanted him to do the job before the Holidays and he was very accommodating! He arrived with 2 cleaning ladies on time. He was respectful, honest, clear and very efficient.

From the beginning when I called and spoke to them to the on time arrival and the professional service done by the company's cleaners!

There is a clear difference in the quality of staff, the team based approach is great - you get more work done and caliber of "clean" is second to none, they care - treating our home and our pets (two dogs) with love and take ownership. The services are completely personalised so you can have them do as much or as little as you like. The manager is very professional and it is great to know that she is supervising her cleaners.
