Introduction
The Boogie Bounce programme is the sensational high energy, low impact workout to get fit have fun and bounce away the fat. It is a complete exercise programme on a mini trampoline, with a safety bar, choreographed to chart topping inspiring music which includes an extremely effective cardio section, and a really powerful bums, tums and thighs section too! Every muscle in the body is worked.
Bouncing on a mini trampoline is unlike regular trampolining; the aim isn’t to bounce high or perform gymnastic tricks, but to perform a series of small, controlled movements. Boogie Bounce is dancing with intervals of jumping, bouncin', froggin' and stompin', to name but a few moves, performed to music and a set programme. The mat of the mini trampoline is used as a resistance tool which makes the whole programme two to three times more effective than a normal everyday aerobics class. Anyone and everyone can do this at their own pace whilst gaining the the impressive health results that are normally associated with high impact aerobic classes, without even realising it!
Boogie Bounce uses High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) techniques to maximise the most effective fat burning process in the cardio section, whilst using the whilst using the pliable surface of the mat to perform a range of core stability exercises, thus engaging more of the deep core muscles.
Boogie Bounce is now a recognised training provider within the UK because our one-day training course has been endorsed by PD: Approval. This endorsement is recognised by the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS). Upon completion of our training course, instructors will be awarded 9 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) points. CPD is a way for exercise professionals to demonstrate that they continue to learn and develop throughout their careers, to keep their skills and knowledge up to date and can work safely, legally and effectively.
