Be-Housing Company Be-Housing specializes in offering tailor-made temporary housing facilities to our customers.
In the 20 years since we have been in business, the opportunities for expansion in the market have allowed us to grow to 500 rental housing facilities, spread out over buildings in Leuven, Brussels and Antwerp.
Our customers ..
The furnished business flats, apartments and houses are designed for anyone who would like to stay in Belgium either long or short-term. It is our job to give you the most pleasant experience during your stay in our country. We therefore offer our customers several choices with regard to decoration, furniture and service. We guarantee you a fine stay in Belgium ... just the way you like it.
Ultimate freedom of choice ..
Be-Housing Company Our customers not only have a choice of furnishings and interior decoration, but also a say in the price they pay. A standard or economy package will intail a similar budget - ideal for the cost-conscious and those who need to watch their expenses.
Should the tenant desire more luxury in their choice of accomodation, then he will pay a bit more. The final price is therefore determined by the tenant.
A place of your own ..
The residences are furnished like real homes and avoid the impersonality of the hotel room. Not a single piece of furniture is attached, so the tenant will be free to place it wherever he likes it best.
