Meegan Hubbard
Hygiene Success Coach
Meegan brings a passion for educating to BCS Leadership. She started her career path with a Bachelor Degree in Education from the University of Iowa and taught for several years before transitioning into the field of dentistry. Meegan has been working in dentistry for over 10 years, starting as a dental assistant and then graduating from Rio Salado as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2004.
Sarah Cottingham
CEO & Leadership Coach
Sarah Cottingham, CEO of BCS Leadership, LLC, comes from a 25 year background in dentistry. Starting in dentistry as a dental assistant, then attending Northern Arizona University and began practicing as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 1991. From Dental Hygiene Sarah found her way into the business of the dentistry by managing a successful multi-doctor practice while continuing to practice dental hygiene part time.
