The price was right and the escape was everything we were looking for. Our Salesperson Antonio was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly and professional. Also the sales manager Victor was a joy to work with. The entire buying experience from start to finish was an incredibly enjoyable experience thanks to those two guys. We will only be buying cars from Auction Direct from here on out. Those two made us customers for life!!!!

He made certain that I was completely satisfied. Yes, the price was great, however I would have to say that the main reason I decided to go with Auction Direct is the overall hospitality that Tom and the staff supplied. Mr. McClain did a great job of selling not only the vehicle but also his trust and built our confidence in Auto Direct. The one thing that I do think should be reconsidered is the policy on fuel in sold vehicles. Once a car is sold that car should be cleaned (as you do well now) and the vehicle should have at least 3/4 of a tank of fuel. To have a customer leave the lot with 1/4 of a tank of gas says that since we have purchased the vehicle there is now no need to impress us further. Enough money has been spent on the purchase as it is. I was unhappy with leaving the lot and going directly to the gas station.
