In the coolers are jars of artisan miso, yogurt, sauerkraut, bottles of kombucha, and drinks of all sorts. The freezer is stocked full of local, pastured meats, bone broth, and other healthy frozen options. We have a very knowledgeable staff that frequently attends manufacturer trainings so they can be up-to-date on the latest information. The impressive herb wall is truly unique with nearly 400 bulk herbs and teas. There is no place in Texas that has an herb wall like this.
