Spice Rack Lounge

I've been here probably twice in a 5 year period and my most recent visit in early 2012 reminded me why I didn't want to return to this place before now! It seems to take an average of 30 minutes to get served, the bar staff really don't seem to have a clue about who is waiting to be served and who has just walked up and waved their £20 note to be served. Even the manager is clueless. The food is mediocre and they let far too many people in for this place to be safe, it's wall to wall people and essentially a health and safety disaster waiting to happen on a Friday or Saturday evening. Glasses don't seem to be collected from tables ALL evening which means you either have to take them to the bar yourself or end up with dozens and dozens of empty glasses taking up the space on your table as those who can't get a seat will ultimately just leave their glasses anywhere they can (and who can blame them?)! Music is decent enough and door staff are polite.
